1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and aladdin9, as the operator of an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. 5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is received.
• Players are required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet in the same name as the aladdin9 account holder.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Game Rules

All games offered by aladdin9 use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical failure or service disruption during a game session, aladdin9 will attempt to restore the session based on server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to the player's account.

The use of any automated software (bots), administration tools, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund.

8 Player Responsibilities

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team via live chat or email. All eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe once the verification process is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

Continued use of the aladdin9 platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with the amendments should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close their account.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and a translation in another language (if any), the Malay version shall prevail and apply. These Terms and Conditions are governed by international licensing law under the jurisdiction of aladdin9's licence operator.
